How did I live so long without it?
I have arthritis, disc disease, a curved spine, sciatica and fibromyalgia...(It's a lot I know). I have sleep problems and when my back flares up it makes my life miserable. The pillow is great for calf pain from sciatica!
This is my second purchase of the Full Body Set. I liked the first one so much I bought another one for my husband. This gives me more relief for my sciatica than my heating pad, knee pillow, and foam mattress combined! What I like the most is the pillow. My right calf and thigh is so tight and almost hot to the touch. When I put it on the pillow - immediate relief! I can fall asleep right away. Was very skeptical
I'm a retired physical therapist and I was very skeptical when I first saw this bed of spikes, but it works.
